Yousef

Chief Executive Officer

Yousef is a Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Panovian, where he is responsible for overall strategic direction, execution, and operations.

Over the last seven years, Yousef led the acquisition and management of a $30M+ SFR portfolio in California. In addition, he managed a successful coastal development project in Southern California. In his prior engagements, he worked as a manager at one of the largest publicly traded multi-family REITs.

Yousef graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, where he received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Information Systems. He received his Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Tomas

Chief Operating Officer

Tomas is a Partner and Chief Operations Officer at Panovian. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the firm’s legal affairs both in the U.S. and abroad, as well as the firm’s operations, capital raising, and infrastructure.

Previously, Mr. Charlin was Head of Real Estate & Private Equity at Metlife Chile. He was a part of the Investment Committee and led the real estate allocation strategy and analysis for a $2B+ portfolio. He managed commercial relationships with global private equity firms to assure the allocation of investment vehicles of more than 40 Private Equity funds.

Mr. Charlin is an Advisory board member of Grupo De Campos, a leading industrial real estate developer with 70 million square feet. He received a B.S. in Finance, from Pontificia Universidad Catolica De Chile and received an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Victor

Chief Investment Officer

Victor is a Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Panovian, where he leads new business initiatives, strategies, and finances. In addition, he is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

He began his career in real estate in 2012 and has analyzed over $1B of acquisitions including raw land, communities, and shopping centers.

Victor graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He received a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in the City of New York. He is an active member of the ULI Young Leaders Group and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
